As an intuitive guide and evidential medium, I tune-in energetically, by getting into a relaxed, meditative, alpha brain-wave state, in order to be receptive to energetic/spirit communication. The information comes in the form of hearing words/sentences (clairaudience), seeing imagery in my mind's eye (clairvoyance), getting a sense of knowing (claircognizance), and feeling emotions or physical sensations (clairsentience).
Although, I've had impactful intuitive and spiritual experiences throughout my life (seeing & hearing spirits, psychic premonitions, seeing & feeling strong intuitive guidance), I didn't grow up knowing how to access or target my intuitive awareness on demand for myself or others. It sort of just happened spontaneously during potentially major life-altering events. These occurrences drove my intense curiosity towards the subject, and I was able to hone my energy reading skills through years of collecting knowledge, training with skilled teachers, and practice.
